1. Who we are
BathWright is a bathroom and kitchen renovation business serving West & South-West London. For the purposes of UK data protection law, BathWright is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
- Email: hello@bathwright.co.uk
- Phone: 07514 071836
- Address: 33a Harlington Road, London, TW13 5BW
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your postcode, area or location
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your project type, likely budget and preferred start window
- Any other information you include in your message
We receive this information directly from you when you complete the contact form.
3. How we use your data
We use your enquiry information to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Assess whether your project is a good fit for our services
- Discuss scope, budget, timing and next steps
- Provide a quote or follow-up information where appropriate
We do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you separately choose to hear from us.
4. Legal basis
We process enquiry data because you have asked us to take steps at your request before a potential contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine project enquiries. We rely on consent for optional analytics and advertising technologies.
5. Where your data goes
We do not store contact form submissions in a website database. Enquiries are sent to our business inbox through Resend.
We currently use the following services to run this website:
- Self-hosted server infrastructure — to host and serve the website
- Resend — to deliver contact form enquiries by email
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand website usage, only if you accept analytics technologies
- Google Ads — to measure the performance of our adverts and to attribute conversions when you send an enquiry, only if you accept advertising technologies
6. International transfers
Some of the providers we use may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as contractual protections and other recognised transfer mechanisms.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact about a project. We may keep information longer if needed for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.
8. Cookies, local storage, analytics and advertising
This website uses a small amount of browser storage, plus analytics and advertising technology provided by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads):
| Type | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Preference storage | Stores your cookie choice in local storage so the banner does not keep reappearing | Not required for the choice itself |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4) to measure page views and traffic patterns | Only after opt-in |
| Advertising & conversion measurement | Google Ads to measure the performance of our adverts and to attribute conversions when you send an enquiry (for example, reaching the thank-you page after submitting the contact form) | Only after opt-in |
Google analytics and advertising scripts are only loaded after you accept them, and we use Google Consent Mode so that advertising and analytics storage stay denied until you opt in. If you decline, none of these are loaded. You can review or change your choice at any time below.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to erase data in certain circumstances
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
- Ask for a portable copy of data you have provided to us, where applicable
To exercise these rights, email us at hello@bathwright.co.uk. We aim to respond within one month.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can contact us first or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We may update this notice if our services, technology or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
