BathWright is the trading name of Dominik Czapski, a sole trader providing bathroom and kitchen renovations in West & South-West London. Dominik Czapski, trading as BathWright, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your postcode, area or location
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your project type, overall budget and preferred timing
• Any other information you include in your message

We receive this information directly from you when you complete the contact form. You can also contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is an external service and its own privacy terms apply when you use it.

The form requires your name, postcode or area, project type, a description and a phone number or email address so we can assess and respond to your enquiry. Budget and preferred timing are optional.

To protect the contact form from repeated submissions, the website also processes your IP address and request times in server memory, using a 15-minute rate-limit window.

3. How we use your data

We use your enquiry information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Assess whether your project is a good fit for our services
• Discuss scope, budget, timing and next steps
• Provide a quotation or follow-up information where appropriate

We do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you separately choose to hear from us.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry data because you have asked us to take steps at your request before a potential contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine project enquiries and protecting the form from abuse. We rely on consent for optional analytics and advertising technologies.

5. Where your data goes

We do not store contact form submissions in a website database. Enquiries are sent to our business inbox through Resend.

We currently use the following services to run this website:

• Self-hosted server infrastructure — to host and serve the website
• Resend — to deliver contact form enquiries by email
• Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand website usage, only if you accept analytics technologies
• Google Ads — to measure the performance of our adverts and to attribute conversions when you send an enquiry, only if you accept advertising technologies

6. International transfers

Some of the providers we use may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as contractual protections and other recognised transfer mechanisms.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact about a project. We may keep information longer if needed for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

8. Cookies, local storage, analytics and advertising

This website uses a small amount of browser storage, plus analytics and advertising technology provided by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads):

Google analytics and advertising scripts are only loaded after you accept them, and we use Google Consent Mode so that advertising and analytics storage stay denied until you opt in. If you decline, none of these are loaded. You can review or change your choice at any time below.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:
