Tiles, taps, storage and lighting should be considered as parts of the same room. Share your preferred products and any drawings early, particularly if several suppliers are involved. This gives us a clearer basis for discussing the agreed work and what needs to be decided before installation.
Product selections can affect both the work and the programme. Tell us about items you have already ordered and any delivery dates you have been given. Where choices are still open, we can recommend suppliers and discuss options within the intended overall budget.
If you are working with an independent designer, agree who provides the design information and who supplies each item. We describe our own agreed work in the quotation. Design services are separate, and a recommendation does not mean those services are included without a fee.

Budget and programme
Allow around £15,000–£25,000 as a total budget for a complete bathroom renovation, covering labour, building materials, tiles, bathroom fittings and finishes. Products you buy yourself are part of this total. This is a planning range, not a minimum spend or a fixed quotation. Room size, layout and product choices affect the cost.
