Understand the existing room before deciding the scope

If something is found that changes the proposed work, we discuss the implications and agree the change with you rather than treating the original scope as unlimited.
Choose the room arrangement before finalising the bath, shower, basin and storage. We can discuss suppliers and supply products, or work with items you purchase yourself. Include those purchases in the overall budget and share their specifications before installation is planned.
