A new layout starts with the existing bathroom
You may have a clear idea of the finished bathroom without knowing what the current room will allow. Bring your priorities to the conversation: a different shower arrangement, a bath, more storage or a simpler layout.
At the site visit, we discuss the existing room and the work involved in your proposal. Layout advice is part of that conversation. If you would like a separate designer, we can recommend one, with their fees agreed separately.
What is useful before the visit?
Share the full property address, photographs if available and a short description of the layout you would like. If you have drawings, product selections or information from a building manager, include those too. This helps distinguish confirmed details from ideas that still need to be explored.
You do not need to buy the fittings before contacting us. Discussing the intended products alongside the room makes it easier to describe the agreed scope and supply responsibilities in your quotation.
Local information for a property in Kew
Richmond Council’s published statements include Kew Gardens, Kew Green and Kew Road. Use the relevant address and map when looking up property information, rather than assuming one set of requirements applies throughout Kew.
Council conservation-area statements. Last checked: 5 September 2026. Check the current council information for the individual property before planning work that depends on its status.
Can you supply the products as well as carry out the renovation?
Yes, we can supply agreed products, or you can source them yourself. Your quotation explains which work and supplies are included, and which purchases remain your responsibility.
Will every proposed layout change be possible?
The room and proposed work need to be considered before the scope is agreed. A preferred layout is a useful starting point, rather than a promise that every change can be made without further checks.
The full renovation, clearly described
Allow around £15,000–£25,000 as a total budget for a complete bathroom renovation, covering labour, building materials, tiles, bathroom fittings and finishes. Products you buy yourself are part of this total. This is a planning range, not a minimum spend or a fixed quotation. Room size, layout and product choices affect the cost. Tell us your budget so we can discuss what is achievable after a free site visit.
Your quotation covers the agreed scope and distinguishes the work, building materials and products we supply from purchases you make yourself. We focus on complete renovations, including compact bathrooms, rather than small repairs or fitting-only work.
Bathroom renovations typically take 2–4 weeks on site, depending on scope. Product ordering and the start date are discussed separately. We prepare the written quotation after a free site visit.
See the work, then discuss your own project
