Begin with what you like about the existing room as well as what you want to change. At the site visit, we discuss a complete renovation and any features you would like to retain.
A larger shower, a bath and additional storage can compete for the same space. Tell us which matters most and whether this is the main bathroom or an additional room. We can advise on layout options, then discuss the products and work each option involves before you commit to purchases.
Bring a short list of preferred fittings and tile samples if you have them. You can buy products yourself or ask us to supply them. The quotation records the agreed supply arrangements, so the full budget includes both the work and the products.

Budget and programme
Allow around £15,000–£25,000 as a total budget for a complete bathroom renovation, covering labour, building materials, tiles, bathroom fittings and finishes. Products you buy yourself are part of this total. This is a planning range, not a minimum spend or a fixed quotation. Room size, layout and product choices affect the cost.
