Decide how the room should work before choosing every finish
The first conversation can start with the layout rather than a shopping list. Do you want to replace the bath with a shower, improve storage or change the relationship between the fittings? Explain what you want to improve and which parts of the current room you would prefer to retain in the new layout.
We can advise on the arrangement and recommend suppliers. The site visit provides a basis for discussing the room and agreeing the work to be priced. Product choices and any changes to the layout then belong in the same written scope.
A useful brief for your Fulham bathroom
Think about three things before the visit: what does not work now, what the finished room must include and which choices are still open. A few photographs and examples of finishes you like are useful, but you do not need a professionally prepared design to ask for a quotation.
If you already have drawings or product selections, share them. If you would like a separate designer, we can recommend one; their services and fees are agreed separately.
Can I choose the tiles and fittings myself?
Yes. You can buy the agreed products or ask us to supply them. The quotation describes the work and distinguishes our supplies from purchases you make directly. Discuss the product choices before ordering, so they can be considered alongside the intended layout and scope.
Does a small room count as a full renovation?
The scope matters, not just the room size. We consider complete bathroom renovations, including compact rooms. We do not take on small repairs, partial jobs or fitting-only work.
The full renovation, clearly described
Allow around £15,000–£25,000 as a total budget for a complete bathroom renovation, covering labour, building materials, tiles, bathroom fittings and finishes. Products you buy yourself are part of this total. This is a planning range, not a minimum spend or a fixed quotation. Room size, layout and product choices affect the cost. Tell us your budget so we can discuss what is achievable after a free site visit.
Your quotation covers the agreed scope and distinguishes the work, building materials and products we supply from purchases you make yourself. We focus on complete renovations, including compact bathrooms, rather than small repairs or fitting-only work.
Bathroom renovations typically take 2–4 weeks on site, depending on scope. Product ordering and the start date are discussed separately. We prepare the written quotation after a free site visit.
See the work, then discuss your own project
See our completed renovation projects. These are real BathWright renovations; they illustrate our work rather than a promise that your room will have the same specification, budget or programme.
