Who will I speak to during the renovation?
Our owner has 20 years of hands-on renovation experience. He prepares your quotation, coordinates the team and remains your direct point of contact throughout the project, from the first visit to handover.
Are the site visit and quotation free?
Yes. The initial conversation, site visit and written quotation are free.
Do you help with the layout and product choices?
We can advise on the layout and recommend suppliers. If you need a separate designer, we can recommend one; their services and fees are agreed separately.
Can I stay at home during the work?
This can be possible, depending on the work and the facilities available. We discuss practical arrangements with you before the renovation starts.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?
BathWright has £2 million public liability cover. Our renovation work comes with a 12-month written workmanship guarantee. Its scope and terms are provided with your project documentation. This is in addition to your statutory rights; product warranties are separate.
